On March 25, 2024, the China Construction Machinery Industry Association (referred to as the "Association") organized a discussion meeting on the preparation of the group standard for the "Crawler Hydraulic Vibration Pile Driver" through a video conference. This standard was developed by Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shandong Lingong") and approved by the association in April 2022. The plan number is JH-2022-003.
Song Jinyun, Director of the Standards and Regulations Department of the Association, Guo Chuanxin, Deputy Secretary General of the Pile Machinery Branch of the Association, Yang Jiuhu, President of Shandong Lingong Standards Research Institute, and Zhang Huaiting, Technical Advisor of Lingong Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd., attended the meeting; 23 representatives from 9 units including Aiqiti Modern Diwanlun Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Wuxi Jinyi Sanchang Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanhe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Anteng Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., Aisibo Technology Co., Ltd., China Machinery Science (Beijing) Vehicle Testing Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd., Beijing Construction Mechanization Research Institute Co., Ltd., and Xuzhou Bate Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. also attended the meeting. This meeting is chaired by Song Jinyun.
Song Jinyun introduced the leaders and members of the drafting unit who participated in this standard meeting, briefly reviewed the basic situation and achievements of the association in carrying out group standards in recent years, and was responsible for presiding over the discussion and exchange of standards.
In Guo Chuanxin's speech, he affirmed the work efforts of Shandong Lingong as the leading unit of standards in the early stage, and hoped that representatives of industry enterprises participating in this conference could brainstorm and promote the overall technical level improvement in the field of pile engineering machinery through the formulation of group standards.
In his speech, Yang Jiuhu thanked the association for organizing this standard discussion meeting and stated that Shandong Lingong had fully demonstrated and verified the various indicators of the standard in the early stage. I hope that experts can provide valuable opinions and suggestions on the standards and strive for their early release.
The drafters of Shandong Lingong Standard reported on behalf of the standard preparation group on the preparation of the group standard for "Crawler Hydraulic Vibration Pile Driver", and introduced the content of the standard discussion draft item by item. All attending representatives actively participated in discussions and exchanges, and fully exchanged and discussed the technical content involved in the standards from different perspectives of enterprises and based on the actual situation of the industry, targeting different product characteristics.
The tracked hydraulic vibration pile driver, as a new type of pile driving equipment, has the advantages of high energy efficiency transmission, simple structure, low noise pollution, and easy control of striking ability. Through the formulation of this standard, it provides a standard basis for the research and development of new pile drivers, which can improve the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of the entire machine. At the same time, it is of great significance for environmental protection and energy conservation, and promoting construction technology progress.
The discussion meeting on the preparation of group standards was a complete success, and the attending representatives reached a broad consensus. Next, the standard preparation team will further improve the standard documents based on the revision opinions discussed in this meeting, and carry out the solicitation of opinions throughout the industry as soon as possible in accordance with the relevant requirements of the association's standard management.
